The Educational deputy of institute is responsible for issues of education. It provides the basis of education for students in various levels and disciplines as well.

After joining the institute, the students learn the Persian language in a period of six months to a year, using the language lab and teaching aid tools.
Students enrolled in two-year diploma course can learn the Islamic education lessons in five semesters. After the end of that period, they become graduate in the field of "Islamic teachings" and "Persian language and Islamic sciences".
There are twelve disciplines in Islamic sciences and humanities for bachelor Students. This disciplines include: Islamic Studies, Persian Language and Literature, Qur’anic science and Hadith, Jurisprudence, the history of Islam, Islamic theology, Law, Educational science, Women's studies, and Arabic language and literature.
The students of Master learn in 10 fields which are: Qur'an and Hadith, Islamic theology, family jurisprudence, Persian Language and Literature, Educational Psychology, Private Law, Family Law, and Islamic Studies in various languages such as Arabic, Chinese, French and English.
vPhD students can study in disciplines of Comparative Interpretation, Islamic theology, Qur’an and educational science, and the History of the Infallibles (S.A).
